time keeps on slippin....

31 days left and I haven't been able to run for 5 days!
My lungs feel like they could be wrung like a soaking wet towel
So hub highly discourages the gym, and BFF reminds me breathing is paramount to running

they're both right

At least I've been replacing the gym time with some yoga time in the morning
so all is not lost :)
